The video starts off with the instructor telling you to roll together a piece of octopus behind the salmon. You then make a hole with your finger inside the salmon. The hole you made in the salmon is then filled with tuna. and then salmon roe is added to the top to complete the aesthetic value of the piece of sushi. The finished product looks a lot like a blooming flower and leafs growing under the base of the sushi roll.
